Pemandangannya luar biasa dan sy menyukai tempat ini. Pemandangan gunung dan danau di depan hotel dengan kolam renang tanpa batas yang indah, pengalaman yang luar biasa tinggal di sini pada musim sepi dan merasakan kolam seperti kolam renang pribadi. Tempat ini sangat bagus dengan staf yang sangat rendah hati, semua area bersih dan rapi. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi.

Semua saya suka, Start dari harga, lokasi, layanan, makanan, Tour yg disediakan n paling penting semua Staff sngat membantu n sangat ramah, sy sangat suka. Next time akan repeat kembali jika sy berlibur ke Bali, Zia Hotel Kuta memang terbaik n sngat puas hati atas semua service yg disediakan 🥰❣️🥰

The resort is very scenic with great photo spots and also offers a variety of activities to enjoy. In addition, all the staff were very nice and kind, accommodating our requests well.

It’s in a beautiful location by the ocean. It has several restaurants to choose from for eating out or dining in. You can use on-site gym facilities, go shopping or walk to their private beach, see monkeys along the way. The service is excellent! The Rock restaurant has phenomenal views and is a magical experience.

The accommodation was exceptional, the view breathtaking and the staff were amazing and really made our stay so special. Easily the best hotel we have ever stayed in!

Receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location: quiet, close to the beach, good restaurants and shops nearby.

We spent the night at the Moon-House. This is one of the most spectacular hotel rooms we´ve ever been. The feeling is like being inside the "Avatar" movie. The design is unique, using Bambu as the main material. The whole suite cannot be easily compared to any other "just expensive" hotel suite, then it is a complete different "experience". Also the surroundings are amazing, getting from the Hotel lobby to the room feels already like a "Indiana Jones" experience. The way goes through illuminated caves, then the awesome bambu-cabin elevator (30 m deep) that takes you down closer to the river, the restaurant and the rooms. The sunset view from the Sun-set Bar is fantastic

The view is so incredible! The staff are so lovely! My partner wasn’t feeling good and they brought him a special tea, and offered medication. The food was so good! The pool was a lovely temperature! The deluxe bungalows looked over the pool and where spectacular!

Everything was amazing! The staff are so lovely, friendly & helpful as is the owner. Using watsapp for requests is great and very efficient. The place itself, the decor, pool & room are all stunning! We've stayed in many different accommodations around Bali and this is now our favourite.

Stunning villa with private pool overlooking the jungle. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The satay and bolognese spaghetti we ordered from room service was very good. Floating breakfast was not only beautifully decorated but also tasty.

Friendly and friendly resection. Cosy environment. Cool and clean AC rooms. Outdoor activities. Nice Italian restaurant and many shopping options.

We love this place! Very cozy and comfortable for one-two night stand. View to the ocean, you can hear the waves in the evening.

Fantastic view, peaceful environment and amazing staff!

First of all the staff: service at the Kayon was by far the best in all of our Bali trip, which is a lot to say since usually service in Bali is amazing. Windy our Buttler made us a couple of surprises when she found out we were celebrating our honeymoon and also she and Hendrick always helped us arrange everything we needed (reservations for dinner, activities, floating breakfast, scooter rental, etc etc). The main 3 infinity pools were amazing and everything we expected. Happy our from 11 to 3 was also great, since the cocktails were REALLY good! Our villa was super confortable, with an amazing infinity pool (stayed at the Valley Villas with private pool). Great Mie Goreng! All the staff was super nice. They helped you with the pictures with great patience..!!
