The owner Stefano is kind and friendly . He helped store our luggages in the morning before check in time so we could have a whole day to explore Cinque Terre. He even helped move the luggages to the room when it was ready. A huge thanks to Stefano ! Stefano owns a restaurant one block away. We had dinner there. Both food and price were very good. Room is very clean and new. Walkable to ferry terminal and train station. We really enjoyed the stay.

What a great Appartment just few minutes from La Spezia Train Station and main La Spezia atractions. We had a smooth stay and everything we addressed was promptly handled. Couldn't ask for more. Next time in La Spezia I would defenitly stay here. It's like home away from home and it's indeed luxourious!

The owner (Esmeralda) was very warm and sweet. She gave us good tips about excursions, food and other things. The Casa Esmerald is beautifully furnished with high quality equipment but still much emphasis was placed on functionality. You can see that the comfort of the guests is very important to the owner. A small supermarket is just around the corner, as well as the train station is only 5 minutes walk away.
