  "Since we live in the Middle East, we were looking for an air conditioned hotel and choose it because it supposedly was, but in fact it had an antiquated cooling system that reversed to heating--so walking into the room one afternoon was like walking into an oven! Most guests had to keep their windows open. The rooms were old fashioned and certainly need a rework. There were no extra pillows--just 1 very soft one each. However we did notice that extensive work has started to revamp the bedrooms and once this is finished that should be a huge difference" (99035422)

  Its situation was perfect for shopping and tourist attractions

  Room was small,rather dark and dismal. Bathroom was very small. The air conditioning didn't work. The corridors were boring. Altogether it wasn't to the standard of a supposed 5 star hotel.
