"On reviewing reviews of hotel believed there to be a hotel pool which there was not. None the less the quality of room was very poor & I will be discouraging my family, friends & collagues from using this hotel & website as it is not a 3* hotel. Left mobile at hotel & called reception & they said they had found & would keep & send on. they have since hung up on me twice when I've asked about. Dishonest, misleading & unprofessional hotel staff" (97883502)
Nice reception. Marble floors & nice decor. Rooms were nowhere near this standard.
Unsafe dingy location, the worst was dingy rooms not 3* standard. advised hotel was fully booked when I requested to change to better room.
