"I was unable to find the carprk as it wasnt signposted, and ended up parking on a side street and walking, so a clear car parking sign would be good." (97597498)
Very clean, lovely spacious room and curtious staff
It was slightly complicated to get to our room on the third floor, as there was no direct lift or stairs, you had to change on floor 2.

"Very enjoyable." (107137432)
The booking procedure was good, and given that the hotel charges significantly more on a Saturday, the 33% discount was very useful.
I put down a request for a smoking room as a special requirement but the process defaulted to non smoking, namely exactlyt the opposite, as a result I had to ring the hotel to correct this. I therefore got the discount, but had to ring to sort out the error which somewhat defeats the purpose.

"Free entry to Milan nightclub would of been nice as this is linked to the hotel but we did have to pay. I would of liked to have known about all the pubs , clubs, resturants to visit not just within the hotel complex, for example where would be nice to go for a Chinese meal. If this information was there then i did not see it." (97493740)
The location was perfect, it was central to all the pubs, clubs, restaurants and exit routes out of town. The hotel also had its own bar, decent resturant and a more lavish resturant if required. The main foyer had a lovely glass front to watch the world go by. Fantastic place to stay.
It can be quite noisy outside the hotel but only on the Saturday night which is to be expected in the centre of town.

"Close to town centre. Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Food was good but expensive. There was a young American receptionist, I think her name was Mrs. Healy and she was absolutely divine. She was most helpful in helping us find our way about." (97365240)
Close to centre of town
